Insurance

This practice does not bill insurance providers directly but will provide invoices needed to assist your submission for reimbursement to your insurance carrier as an “Out-of-network” healthcare provider. Prior to the initial visit, it is recommended that you contact your insurance provider to determine your Out-of-network benefits. Unfortunately, at this time Buckingham Psychiatry cannot accept patients on Medicare.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the appointment and missed sessions will be billed in full.

Medicare Policy

Buckingham Psychiatry does not accept Medicare and is unable to work with individuals who are currently enrolled in a Medicare primary or secondary plan.

Psychiatric Service Fees

90-Min Initial Evaluation (includes: review of past treatment records, review of medical and psychiatric history, evaluation of symptoms, individualized treatment planning and ordering of necessary labs)- $650
 
20-Min Med Management – $225
 
45-Min Therapy and/or Medication Management- $300
 
Administrative Requests, Letters & Family Phone Discussions: $100/hour
 
Includes any letter or form to a third party, summary of care, medical record requests and discussions about care with individuals besides the patient (with patient permission). The patient’s credit card on file is used for pre-payment. Please allow 14 days for administrative requests.
 
Credit Card Processing Fee: All charges processed via credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee
