Payments

Only cash, check or credit card is accepted at the time of service. This practice does not bill insurance providers directly but will provide invoices needed to assist your submission for reimbursement to your insurance carrier as an “Out-of-network” healthcare provider. Prior to the initial visit, it is recommended that you contact your insurance provider to determine your Out-of-network benefits. Unfortunately, at this time Buckingham Psychiatry cannot accept patients on Medicare.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the appointment and missed sessions will be billed in full.

Emergencies

This practice is currently not available for emergency services and does not have an emergency hotline that is answered after hours. Email and phone communication is not appropriate for urgent matters.
